- How to create a Google Drive direct download link:
- Upload a file to Google Drive, right click and “create sharable link.”
- Copy the long FILE_ID from the end of the URL (after the “=”)
- Use the below prefix and replace the FILE_ID with the file ID at the end of your shared link
- Prefix: https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=FILE_ID
- Example of a direct download link (my EPK) ready for use on websites, emails, or landing pages: https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=1OoyByyoYswEFvCyrCIc1IZnOpU8QVql8
